Oracle Fusion Techno-Functional Developer
Build and scale Oracle Fusion financial systems across accounting, tax, treasury, procurement, and FP&A. The role combines financial data architecture, SQL/PL/SQL integrations, workflow automation, and AI-assisted development in partnership with business and engineering teams.

Responsibilities
- Embed AI-assisted development tools such as Cursor, Claude, and GitHub Copilot to accelerate code generation, automate testing, and improve delivery velocity.
- Design and maintain scalable data models and solution architectures across Oracle FAH, GL, SLA, and BIP.
- Architect, build, and support integrations between accounting systems, data lakes, and internal applications using SQL, PL/SQL, REST, SOAP, and JSON.
- Identify system inefficiencies and deploy automation to scale financial workflows.
- Translate accounting principles and business requirements into scalable technical designs and comprehensive documentation.
- Collaborate with Accounting, Data Engineering, Integration, business, and product teams on enterprise financial solutions.
Requirements
- Hands-on experience configuring, customizing, and supporting Oracle Fusion FAH, GL, SLA, and BIP.
- Strong proficiency with relational databases, advanced SQL and PL/SQL, and web services including SOAP, REST, JSON, and XML.
- Experience with accounting process transformation, financial data modeling, and end-to-end solution architecture.
- Ability to navigate complex organizational dependencies and streamline technical debt into automated processes.
Nice to Have
- Proficiency in Python, Go, or Java.
- Experience with Tax or FCCS financial modules.
- Experience in fintech, banking, or cryptocurrency platforms.
Compensation and Benefits
- Canada Zone A salary range: $104,100–$156,100 CAD.
- Canada Zone B salary range: $104,100–$156,100 CAD.
