Responsibilities
Agentic AI and Workflow Automation
- Architect, test, and deploy LLMs and agents to automate unstructured, multi-step data investigations.
- Build Python-based automated workflows that transform repetitive manual processes into scalable solutions.
- Develop single-user tools and multi-user workflows that improve human efficiency.
- Implement data architecture and AI orchestration frameworks for safety, accuracy, efficiency, and maintainability.
Analytics, Modeling, and Root Cause Analysis
- Query complex telecommunications datasets with SQL and perform multi-step analyses to optimize gross margins, reduce fraud, and improve network quality.
- Design dashboards and repeatable BI solutions using Tableau, Looker, or Python.
- Define KPIs and track performance over time.
Cross-Functional Leadership and Ownership
- Collaborate with Carrier Relations, Enterprise Technology, Product, Supply Operations, and Finance to translate business needs into data requirements and governance standards.
- Communicate insights that directly answer business questions.
- Own data products end to end, from requirements scoping and documentation through execution and delivery.
- Deliver projects on time and to a high standard.
Requirements
- 5+ years of professional experience developing technical data and automation solutions.
- Extensive experience with SQL and relational database schemas.
- Extensive experience with Google Sheets or Excel, Tableau, and/or Looker.
- Experience using Python, APIs, or workflow platforms such as Airtable, Coefficient, Zapier, or n8n to build automated data workflows and process pipelines.
- Experience building agents with tools such as Claude Code, Claude Cowork, OpenAI, or Gemini, and training LLM models to solve complex, multi-step, unstructured problems.
- Strong understanding of data management, governance, and hygiene.

Compensation and Benefits
- Estimated annual pay ranges from $106,320 to $156,300, depending on eligible geographic location.
- May be eligible for equity and a corporate bonus plan.
- Benefits may include health insurance, a 401(k) retirement account, paid sick time, paid personal time off, paid parental leave, wellness leave, and other programs.
- Remote role; not eligible to be hired in California, Connecticut, New Jersey, New York, Pennsylvania, or Washington.
