Marketing Lead

Leads the marketing strategy and execution for Rippling’s Private Equity channel, spanning product marketing, content, demand generation, ABM, and field programs. Requires 8+ years of B2B SaaS marketing experience and the ability to build cross-functional channel programs from the ground up.

Responsibilities

  • Own the Private Equity channel marketing strategy, roadmap, operating plan, budget priorities, and go-to-market motions.
  • Lead product marketing for the Private Equity audience, including positioning, messaging, pitch decks, briefs, value-proposition materials, objection-handling guides, and co-marketing materials.
  • Build a content and thought-leadership strategy, including ROI frameworks, PE and portfolio-company case studies, operational-efficiency narratives, partner spotlights, and co-marketing activations.
  • Design and execute demand-generation programs targeting PE firms, including segmentation, account-based marketing, channel mix, personalization, and attribution.
  • Own an ABM motion for high-value firms and coordinate personalized outreach, content, and field activities.
  • Activate field marketing through executive dinners, relevant events, industry conferences, LP/GP summits, lunch-and-learns, and portfolio-company forums.
  • Build scalable event playbooks tied to pipeline and account strategy.
  • Align with partnerships, sales, revenue operations, partner success, solution consulting, and broader channel marketing teams.
  • Establish measurement frameworks, funnel metrics, and OKRs in partnership with RevOps.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of B2B SaaS marketing experience.
  • Experience operating as a senior individual contributor across multiple marketing disciplines.
  • Track record of building channel, partner, or ecosystem marketing programs from the ground up.
  • Experience owning or directly executing demand generation, product marketing, content, and field marketing.
  • Strong account-based marketing experience with high-value target accounts.
  • Ability to develop positioning and executive-level narratives for financially sophisticated audiences.
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration and influencing skills without formal authority.
  • Analytical approach to measurement, OKRs, and data-driven decision-making.
  • Comfort working with ambiguity and building programs from scratch while executing them.
