Senior Digital Transformation & Process Optimisation Consultant - Manufacturing/Production

Responsibilities

Identify & Frame Value

• Translate customers’ strategic priorities into high-impact Celonis use cases.
• Build demos and business cases using industry benchmarks and best practices.
• Lead Value Assessments and Proof-of-Value projects.
• Communicate value opportunities and strategic roadmaps to C-level executives.

Realize Value

• Facilitate business value workshops and use Celonis to identify and qualify process-improvement opportunities.
• Derive improvement measures in core business functions and initiate improvement actions and enterprise-wide change initiatives.
• Present results and realized value to senior management and C-level executives.

Scale Value

• Own the end-to-end customer value journey, including landing, expansion, adoption, and renewal.
• Build strategic expansion roadmaps that embed Celonis Process Intelligence as a business-transformation platform.
• Drive platform adoption and expansion.
• Provide feedback to product development teams to improve the Celonis platform and apps based on new use cases.

Requirements

• Experience in an analytical role focused on demonstrating or securing value through business-data analysis, business-process improvement, and software deployment.
• Experience in a customer-facing role such as solution consulting, sales engineering, or IT/management consulting with a business software or SaaS provider; alternatively, experience in an enterprise analytics or intelligence center of excellence.
• Knowledge of business software and SaaS applications, such as SAP.
• Experience implementing RPA or BI tools and building dashboards, apps, or action flows.
• Knowledge of Python and/or SQL.
• Experience collaborating with IT teams.
• Experience identifying business-process improvement use cases and deploying improvement measures.
• Experience acting as a change agent and training users or process owners to realize value.
• Experience planning and managing project scopes, expectations, and timelines across multiple projects.
• Experience preparing and communicating value roadmaps and results to internal and external stakeholders and management.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Understanding of Finance and/or Supply Chain domains and strategic transformation initiatives.
• Expertise in one or more industries, ideally including Manufacturing, Automotive, Consumer, Retail, Pharmaceuticals, or Chemicals.
• Degree in Technology & Management, Industrial/Business Engineering, Business Informatics, Computer Science, Mathematics, Economics, or a comparable field.
• Native-level or near-native German language skills, written and spoken, with the ability to lead customer workshops and present to executive stakeholders.
