Senior Applied Value Engineer | HLS - NAM

Responsibilities

AI Discovery & Solutioning

• Understand customers’ AI strategies and business-critical challenges.
• Identify the best problem-solution fit and translate customer requirements into innovative Celonis solutions.

Identify & Frame Value

• Translate customers’ strategic priorities into high-impact Celonis use cases.
• Build demos and business cases using industry benchmarks and best practices.
• Conduct value assessments and proof-of-value projects.
• Communicate value opportunities and strategic roadmaps to C-level executives.

Realize Value

• Facilitate business value workshops and use Celonis to identify and qualify process-enhancement opportunities.
• Derive improvement measures in core business functions and initiate improvement actions and enterprise-wide change initiatives.
• Present results and realized value to senior management and C-level executives.

Scale Value

• Own the end-to-end customer value journey, including landing, expansion, adoption, and renewal.
• Build strategic expansion roadmaps that embed Celonis Process Intelligence as a business-transformation platform.
• Drive platform adoption and expansion.
• Provide feedback to product development teams to enhance the Celonis platform and apps based on new use cases.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in an analytical role focused on demonstrating or securing value through business-data analysis, business-process improvement, and software deployment.
• Experience in a customer-facing role such as solution consulting, sales engineering, or IT/management consulting with a business-software, SaaS, or consultancy organization; alternatively, experience in an enterprise center of excellence for data mining, analytics, or intelligence.
• Good knowledge of business software and SaaS applications, such as SAP or Oracle.
• Experience implementing RPA or BI tools, or building dashboards, apps, and action flows.
• Experience collaborating with IT teams.
• Experience identifying business use cases for process improvement and deploying improvement measures.
• Experience acting as a change agent and training users or process owners to realize value.
• Experience planning and managing project scopes, expectations, and timelines across multiple projects.
• Experience preparing and communicating value roadmaps and results to internal and external stakeholders and management.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills in English.

Nice-to-haves

• Hands-on experience with process-mining tools and technologies.
• Hands-on SQL experience.
• Python experience.
• Domain or industry knowledge in supply chain, finance, consumer packaged goods, banking and financial services, or manufacturing.
• Experience working with partners in a software ecosystem.
