What You’ll Do
- Conduct mappings: Map talent pools, competitive landscapes, and emerging technical communities to deliver actionable intelligence on where exceptional candidates are, what they care about, and how to reach them.
- Build pipeline strategies: Partner with TA Partners and/or independently build and execute on sourcing strategies to build up pipelines for multiple competing positions.
- Operate as a data-driven function: Track pipeline metrics, outreach conversion rates, source effectiveness, and market trends. Use data to continuously refine sourcing strategies and report pipeline health to recruiters and leadership.
- Build sourcing infrastructure: Design and document sourcing playbooks, channel strategies, and talent maps that scale with the company and create institutional knowledge across the team.
- Partner closely with recruiting and hiring managers: Collaborate to understand evolving hiring needs, align on ideal candidate profiles, and hand off warm, well-qualified pipelines that accelerate time-to-hire.

Must Haves
- 2+ years of sourcing experience with proven track record of building proactive pipelines.

- Strong data orientation.
- Experience in high-growth tech companies or startups, preferably datacenter/cloud/infrastructure, AI/ML.
- Ability to manage multiple pipelines with prioritization.
