Responsibilities
- Lead executive-level IAM and identity governance discussions with customers, including CISOs, security leaders, and business stakeholders.
- Facilitate workshops, discovery sessions, and requirements-gathering activities.
- Translate business requirements into solution architectures and implementation deliverables within sold scope.
- Supervise implementation of RSA ID Plus and RSA Governance & Lifecycle solutions across cloud, hybrid, and on-premises environments.
- Design and deliver IAM/IGA use cases, including SSO, joiner-mover-leaver (JML), access requests, access reviews, role management, RBAC, segregation of duties (SoD), and application onboarding.
- Negotiate requirements, scope, priorities, and deliverables with customer stakeholders.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to consulting teams.
- Act as a trusted advisor throughout the customer lifecycle.
Requirements
- 9+ years of overall IT or cybersecurity experience.
- At least 5 years of hands-on IAM/IGA consulting and solution-delivery experience.
- Experience leading enterprise IAM transformation programs and customer-facing advisory engagements.
- Strong consulting, workshop facilitation, business analysis, and stakeholder-management skills.
- Ability to engage CISO and senior executive audiences.
- Deep knowledge of IAM and IGA concepts, governance models, and identity lifecycle processes.
- Experience with enterprise identity technologies, including Active Directory, Microsoft Entra ID, LDAP, APIs, SAML, SSO, MFA, PKI, cloud platforms, and security integrations.
- Hands-on experience with Linux, databases, and web-based applications such as IIS, Apache, and Tomcat.
- Strong knowledge of information and network security fundamentals.
- Knowledge of Zero Trust and modern identity architectures.
- Scripting experience with Python and PowerShell.
- Basic understanding of AI security, agent security, non-human identities, DevOps/DevSecOps, CI/CD pipelines, containerization, and cloud-native environments.
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, cybersecurity, or a related field.
Preferred Qualifications
- CISSP, CISM, or CRISC certification.
- Azure, AWS, or security architecture certifications.
- AI-900 or AI security-related training.
