Responsibilities
- Define and own a multi-quarter product vision and strategy aligned with company priorities.
- Identify high-leverage opportunities that create durable competitive advantage.
- Lead complex, cross-functional initiatives spanning multiple teams, systems, and stakeholders.
- Develop domain expertise in areas such as financial infrastructure, risk systems, growth systems, and payables ecosystems.
- Partner with Engineering on scalable technical systems, architecture, and tradeoffs.
- Set success metrics tied to company-level outcomes and drive measurable impact.
- Make structured decisions in ambiguous environments while balancing speed and rigor.
- Influence senior leaders and executives through clear written narratives and data-backed recommendations.
- Improve product craft and operating standards, mentor product managers, and elevate execution quality.
Requirements
- 7–10+ years of product management experience.
- Track record leading complex, high-impact product initiatives in high-growth B2B or fintech environments.
- Experience building platform or financial infrastructure products strongly preferred.
- Ability to define product strategy that translates into measurable business outcomes.
- Strong fluency in technical systems and architecture, including APIs, data models, experimentation frameworks, and system tradeoffs.
- Data-driven approach with experience defining metrics, running experiments, and using SQL or similar tools.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to influence senior stakeholders through structured thinking and compelling narratives.
- Ability to reason across product, technical, operational, compliance, and revenue systems.
- Demonstrated ability to raise standards for product thinking, execution, and customer experience.
Compensation
- Expected salary range: $240,000–$300,000 base salary.
- Equity and other compensation may be provided depending on the position offered.
