Technical Program Manager, Extensibility Platform

Responsibilities

  • Drive cross-organizational decisions across Script Platform, Custom Objects, Apps, SDK, Observability, DevEx, and Versioning.
  • Own the critical path to major launches, shaping scope, driving descoping decisions, and negotiating trade-offs across teams.
  • Influence product and engineering roadmaps with a program-level perspective and advocate for cross-cutting investments.
  • Ensure ProServ and Partnerships requirements are reflected in the roadmap.
  • Hold teams accountable for the direction, health, and outcomes of the Extensibility platform across Scripts, Custom Objects, and Workflows.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of technical program management experience driving complex cross-organizational programs.
  • Strong product sense and ability to understand enterprise customer needs.
  • Ability to communicate precisely and credibly across engineering, product, and executive audiences.
  • Ability to translate complex technical trade-offs into strategic decisions and drive alignment.
  • Experience leading and aligning cross-functional teams, resolving conflict, and building consensus.
  • Proven track record of successful program delivery in complex technical environments.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.

Nice to Have

  • Background in product management or product operations.
  • Experience with developer platforms, API products, or payment systems.
