Responsibilities
Program and Process Ownership
- Design and implement scalable HR operations processes and standard operating procedures spanning onboarding, offboarding, leave management, benefits administration, and regulatory compliance.
- Manage EOR operational initiatives across multiple countries, including process redesigns and compliance-driven rollouts, while tracking plans, milestones, and risks.
- Support launches in new countries by checking readiness, setting up workflows, and ensuring compliance with local laws in partnership with local HR Advisors.
- Own the end-to-end case management lifecycle and improve support tools, workflows, and automation.
Knowledge, Training, and Performance Enablement
- Maintain internal and external guides and help center articles to improve access to information and reduce support tickets.
- Determine content for client help articles and policy guides.
- Create training plans for new EOR team members and communicate feature and process changes.
- Build programs that help supervisors, leads, and managers coach their teams using data and clear feedback.
Data, Insights, and Continuous Improvement
- Collect feedback from managers across regions and identify service improvements.
- Track performance and turn reports into practical dashboards.
- Analyze data to identify root causes, guide priorities, and partner with Product, Engineering, Sales, Implementation, and Operations on solutions.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in HR operations, EOR services, or program management in a fast-paced company.
- Experience managing complex projects with multiple stakeholders, tight deadlines, and international teams.
- Experience building clear processes and guides from scratch.
- Understanding of international employment laws and EOR services.
- Experience with case management systems such as Salesforce and knowledge management platforms such as Confluence and Help Center.
- Experience designing training curricula and coach-the-coach frameworks for frontline leaders.
- Strong project planning, risk identification, stakeholder communication, writing, and verbal communication skills.
- Experience building dashboards and using data to make decisions.
- Ability to operate across time zones and manage workstreams spanning multiple regions.
