Responsibilities
Solution Architecture & Design
- Support Services scoping in pre-sales and align Services with proposed Celonis solution architecture.
- Design end-to-end Celonis architectures for complex enterprise deployments across process areas, business units, and geographies.
- Define technical blueprints integrating the Celonis platform with customer systems, data strategies, and transformation goals.
- Design secure, scalable architectures optimized for long-term usage growth and high concurrency.
- Make build-versus-configure, custom-versus-standard, and phased-versus-big-bang decisions tied to customer outcomes.
- Own solution quality and outcome delivery through design reviews and architectural standards.
AI Orchestration & Delivery Innovation
- Design workflows for AI deployment agents, including validation checkpoints and quality gates.
- Develop reusable specifications, templates, and patterns for directing AI agents.
- Pioneer AI-enabled delivery approaches that compress timelines, improve quality, and unlock new use cases.
- Set standards for validating AI outputs.
Customer Strategy & Advisory
- Advise strategic customers and build trusted relationships with VP- and C-level stakeholders.
- Translate business challenges into Celonis platform strategies, high-impact use cases, and success metrics.
- Provide technical credibility in complex pre-sales opportunities, validate feasibility, and shape scope.
- Guide customers through Process Intelligence maturity, platform expansion, AI readiness, and organizational change.
- Maintain expert-to-expert alignment with customer data, architecture, and business-transformation stakeholders.
Successful Implementation
- Collaborate with Deployment Engineers on complex and cutting-edge customer implementations.
- Own implementation of early-stage products and provide feedback to Product and Engineering.
- Review solution blueprints for quality, scalability, and production readiness.
Domain & Practice Development
- Develop expertise in process domains or industry verticals and translate it into reusable solution patterns and reference architectures.
- Standardize high-value use cases with Deployment Engineering, Product, and Business Apps teams.
- Contribute to hiring, interviews, enablement, documentation, and community-of-practice leadership.
- Feed customer insights into platform development and roadmap planning.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in technical consulting, solution architecture, or delivery leadership within enterprise software, consulting firms, or system integrators.
- At least 3 years in a senior or lead technical role with multi-stakeholder responsibility on large-scale projects.
- Experience with complex, multi-component solutions spanning data integration, process intelligence, automation, and AI.
- Ability to connect architecture decisions to customer processes and business outcomes.
- Deep understanding of enterprise architecture and technical delivery.
Nice-to-haves
- Experience with digital twin implementations, global AI transformations, or near-real-time data pipelines.
- Expertise in Supply Chain, Order to Cash, Procure to Pay, or IT Service Management.
- Experience advising VP- and C-level stakeholders.
- Experience shaping platform roadmaps with Product and Engineering.
