Forward Deployed Software Engineers design and deploy end-to-end technical solutions for customer pain points, especially in US Government contexts, using Palantir platforms and custom code. Requires strong coding skills, Top Secret clearance (or willingness to obtain), and ability to iterate rapidly onsite with global customers.

Responsibilities
- Understand customers’ greatest pain points and design end-to-end solutions.
- Solicit constant feedback from customers and colleagues to improve products through rapid iteration.
- Deploy technical solutions to solve customers’ hardest problems, from high-level system design and prototyping to application development and data integration.
- Leverage Palantir products, open source technologies, and custom builds to drive impact.
- Work with customers globally, accommodating regulatory environments, data nature, and user populations.
Requirements
- Active US Security Clearance at or above Top Secret level or willingness to obtain/upgrade.
- Strong engineering background (e.g., Computer Science, Mathematics, Software Engineering, Physics).
- Experience with logistics, materiel, sustainment, aviation, or readiness analysis (plus).
- Familiarity with data structures, storage systems, cloud infrastructure, front-end frameworks.
- Strong coder proficient in Python, Java, C++, TypeScript/JavaScript, or similar.
- Ability to collaborate with technical and non-technical teams in rapidly changing environments.
- Comfortable working independently with minimal supervision and continuous learning.
- Willingness to travel as needed.
