Responsibilities
- Own and deliver a revenue quota for partner-sourced and partner-influenced bookings across Middle Eastern partner markets.
- Collaborate with field sales teams to integrate partners into account strategies and deal cycles.
- Build joint sales motions with system integrators (SIs), financial services integrators (FSIs), ISVs, and channel partners.
- Serve as the primary partner sales interface for Middle Eastern partner markets.
- Develop joint account plans, campaigns, and demand-generation activities.
- Drive joint forecasting, pipeline visibility, and partner-contribution reporting.
- Identify, onboard, and develop strategic SI and ISV partnerships.
- Define joint go-to-market plays, delivery frameworks, and enablement paths.
- Drive SI and ISV delivery readiness and certification with internal and external stakeholders.
- Align partner strategy, programs, and field execution with Partner, Sales, and Marketing teams.
- Collaborate with Product and Solutions Engineering on partner-led projects and proofs of concept.
- Provide ecosystem feedback to shape broader partner strategy.
- Maintain partner pipeline data, revenue forecasts, and performance metrics.
- Lead quarterly business reviews with key partners and internal stakeholders.
- Refine partner engagement models using data-driven insights and field feedback.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in enterprise software sales, channel sales, or strategic alliances.
- Experience ideally in cloud, data, or analytics.
- Demonstrated success meeting or exceeding sales and revenue targets through partner ecosystems.
- Deep understanding of SI, FSI, and ISV partner models, including co-sell, marketplace, and resale motions.
- Ability to develop go-to-market strategy and execute with field and partner teams.
- Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills, including executive-level communication.
- Strong relationship-building and influence skills across complex partner organizations.
- Ability to work autonomously in a high-growth environment.
- Collaborative approach across sales, marketing, product, and partner functions.
