Responsibilities
- Own the architecture, configuration, and operational health of Zip for procure-to-pay, including workflows, integrations, customizations, and agentic capabilities.
- Lead implementation of Vanta’s first CPM tool with an implementation partner and own the product after launch.
- Partner with Data and Analytics to design Finance and Accounting data models in Snowflake, translating FP&A and Accounting requirements into data plans and SQL models.
- Architect and maintain integrations between NetSuite and Salesforce, Stripe, Anrok, Tesorio, Workato, Zip, Snowflake, and Slack using iPaaS platforms and direct APIs.
- Partner with Procurement, Accounts Payable, FP&A, Accounting, Legal, GRC, Data and Analytics, and RevOps to turn business needs into durable system solutions.
Requirements
- 5+ years of hands-on financial systems analyst, engineering, or management experience in a high-growth SaaS environment.
- Experience leading projects from requirements gathering through go-live support.
- Deep expertise in procure-to-pay and procurement tool configuration and administration, such as Zip, Coupa, or Ariba.
- Proficiency in SQL, including writing, reviewing, and debugging custom scripts end to end.
- Experience designing, implementing, and supporting CPM tools for FP&A, such as Adaptive Insights, Pigment, or Anaplan.
- Experience building and owning multi-system integrations using iPaaS platforms and API endpoints, such as Workato or Boomi.
- Practical understanding of AI governance frameworks, including human-in-the-loop controls, auditability, and SOX compliance.
- Strong written communication and design documentation skills.
- Authorization to work in the United States without current or future employer sponsorship.

- Experience with NetSuite.
- Experience with CPQ.
Compensation and Benefits
- Base salary: $145,000–$171,000 annually.
