Responsibilities
- Lead and grow the Web Platform engineering team through people development and strategic planning.
- Define the team’s roadmap and make a clear, well-supported case for platform investment across the organization.
- Ensure platform work directly enables product and business goals.
- Partner closely with Engineering Leadership, Product, Design, and Business teams.
- Communicate platform capabilities and investments in terms of clear business value for non-technical stakeholders and executive leadership.
- Build alignment across multiple product teams, navigate competing priorities, and drive a shared roadmap forward.
- Create organizational visibility through documentation, metrics, and stakeholder engagement.
- Keep platform and product roadmaps aligned.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience as an Engineering Manager.
- 10+ years of experience as a Software Engineer, with depth in modern frontend and web technologies.
- Experience leading platform, infrastructure, or developer experience teams.
- Strong strategic communication and cross-functional relationship-building skills.
- Experience driving technical excellence and organizational alignment.

Compensation and Benefits
- Annual salary range: $261,200–$331,500.
