Responsibilities
Own the end-to-end sales cycle with sites: source, qualify, and close new business via inbound and outbound.
Drive expansion within existing site customers: grow ARR per logo by expanding to more trials and additional locations.
Build trusted relationships: develop and nurture relationships with customer stakeholders (execs and clinicians), renew customers, and cross-sell.
Requirements
2–4+ years of experience in a closing role (AE or similar). Healthcare experience is a plus.
Experience running full-cycle deals with multiple stakeholders and moderate cycle times (3–6+ months), ideally with 6-figure ACVs.
Comfortable selling into messy, operational environments and talking with both executive leadership and front-line clinical staff.
