About the role
Responsibilities
Lead technical, operations-grounded conversations with lenders, diagnosing verification workflows and mapping Truv's platform to their needs.
Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting and discovery through technical evaluation, negotiation, and close.
Partner with Product and Solutions Engineering to scope integrations (POS/LOS), pilots, and rollouts that fit each lender's stack.
Build and maintain a healthy pipeline through outbound, inbound, and relationship-driven sourcing.
Manage complex buying committees (operations, compliance, IT, and lending executives) through to signature.
Grow adoption within accounts by identifying new use cases and workflows where Truv adds value.
Bring workflow and product feedback back to Product to sharpen the roadmap and positioning.
Requirements
5+ years in B2B sales, with a strong track record selling into mortgage lenders or the broader mortgage ecosystem.
Genuine technical and operational depth in mortgage, fluent in origination workflows and how verifications fit in.
A product-advisor mindset: you win by being the most knowledgeable, helpful person in the room.
