Responsibilities
- Lead discovery with operations and revenue cycle teams to deeply understand problems.
- Design, prototype, and deploy AI agents and automation workflows directly with customers.
- Write production code to integrate into enterprise systems.
- Own outcomes: ship automation that saves millions in cost and/or hours.
Preferred Qualifications
- Systems thinker with strong communication and empathy for operators.
- Comfortable writing code, analyzing data, and owning enterprise outcomes.
- Excited by fast iteration, ambiguity, and delivering visible business impact.
- Willing to travel for on-site deployments (1–2 weeks every month).
