Product marketer to define Arcade's positioning in the AI video category. Lead feature launches, craft narratives from customer insights and trends, create blogs/social content, and experiment with AI tools in a hands-on contractor-to-full-time role at a fast-moving B2B SaaS startup.

Responsibilities
- Partner with CEO, product, design, and engineering to launch new features.
- Develop compelling narratives and create content (blogs, product launches, social media, customer-facing).
- Synthesize customer conversations into thought-provoking blog posts.
- Shape social strategy around emerging AI trends.
- Write, experiment, publish, analyze, and refine market positioning.
- Lead product launches from messaging through execution.
- Develop social media strategies, particularly on LinkedIn.
- Experiment with AI tools as part of daily workflow.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in product marketing, content marketing, or similar role at a B2B SaaS company.
- Exceptional writing skills across blogs, product launches, social media, and customer-facing content.
- Experience leading product launches from messaging through execution.
- Strong ability to synthesize customer interviews, industry trends, and product developments into clear narratives.
- Experience developing social media strategies, particularly on LinkedIn.
- Highly organized with excellent project management skills.
- Comfortable collaborating closely with product, engineering, design, sales, and founders.
- Excited to experiment with AI tools as part of your daily workflow.
- Exceptional storyteller with strong product intuition.
- Ability to translate technical features into compelling customer value.
- Comfortable operating with ambiguity, moving quickly, and wearing many hats.

- Experience producing webinars, videos, or multimedia content.
