Senior Management & Technology Consultant - Manufacturing/Production

Responsibilities

Identify & Frame Value

• Discover and translate customers’ strategic priorities into high-impact Celonis use cases.
• Build demos and business cases using industry benchmarks and best practices to win new customers.
• Undertake Value Assessments or Proof-of-Value Projects and communicate the value opportunity and strategic roadmap to C-level executives.

Realize Value

• Facilitate business value workshops and use Celonis to identify and qualify opportunities for process enhancement.
• Derive improvement measures in core business functions and initiate improvement actions and enterprise-wide change initiatives.
• Present results and realized value to senior management and C-level executives.

Scale Value

• Own the end-to-end customer value journey, including landing, expanding, adoption, and renewing.
• Build strategic expansion roadmaps that embed Celonis Process Intelligence as a business transformation platform and drive adoption and expansion.
• Provide feedback to product development teams to enhance the Celonis platform and applications based on new use cases.

Requirements

• Experience in an analytical role focused on demonstrating or securing value through business data analysis, business process improvement, and software deployment.
• Experience in customer-facing Solution Consulting, Sales Engineering, IT or Management Consulting, ideally with a business software, SaaS provider, or consultancy; alternatively, experience in an enterprise Center of Excellence for data mining, analytics, or intelligence.
• Knowledge of business software and SaaS applications, such as SAP.
• Experience implementing RPA or BI tools, or building dashboards, apps, and action flows.
• Knowledge of Python or SQL and experience collaborating with IT teams.
• Experience identifying business process improvement use cases, deploying improvement measures, acting as a change agent, and training users or process owners.
• Experience planning and managing project scopes, expectations, and timelines across multiple projects.
• Experience preparing and communicating value roadmaps and results to internal and external stakeholders and management.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Understanding of Finance or Supply Chain domains and strategic transformation initiatives, such as shared services or system transformation.
• Expertise in one or more industries, ideally Manufacturing, Automotive, Consumer, Retail, Pharmaceuticals, or Chemicals.
• Degree in Technology and Management, Industrial or Business Engineering, Business Informatics, Computer Science, Mathematics, Economics, or a comparable field.
• Native-level or near-native German language skills, written and spoken, with the ability to lead customer workshops and present to German-speaking executives.
