Key Responsibilities
- Provide strategic HR leadership to HR Operations; manage, develop, and engage the global team.
- Ensure an exceptional employee experience by simplifying key processes.
- Lead and implement HR initiatives and projects aligned with HR and Centers of Expertise (COEs).
- Coordinate and lead cross-functional HR improvement projects.
- Identify best practices to improve work tasks and processes.
- Deliver service improvements using process-improvement methodologies and innovative thinking.
- Promote and lead change.
- Support the administration and maintenance of HR systems while driving process and data integrity.
- Lead projects that expand centralization, use technology to improve employee experience, and generate actionable insights and recommended solutions.
- Drive process consistency, data integrity, and compliance with HR policies, procedures, data privacy, audit controls, and regulatory requirements across HR Service Center activities.
- Serve as the escalation point for HR Operations, guiding root-cause analysis, resolution, and communication protocols.
- Manage the case-management system and team, establishing service-level agreements.
- Partner with the HRIS team on HR technology upgrades.
- Develop and maintain team standard operating procedures.
- Oversee employee data management to ensure data security and compliance with company policies and privacy regulations; ensure required reporting and filings are delivered.
- Track HR metrics, identify improvement opportunities, and develop countermeasures to address missed goals.
Requirements
- 5+ years of people and operations management experience.
- Graduate or postgraduate degree in human resources or a related discipline.
- 8+ years of experience in People Operations preferred.
- Experience with HR systems such as Workday, Greenhouse, Confluence, and Salesforce.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with minimal supervision.
- Excellent leadership, data analysis, presentation, written communication, and communication skills.
- Understanding of the overall HR lifecycle, including Core HR, Benefits, Talent Mobility, Equity, Compensation, and Exits.
Skills
- Verbal and written English communication proficiency.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, Microsoft Outlook, and Microsoft Excel; Excel proficiency is an advantage.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to analyze and identify patterns in large data sets.
- Sound decision-making in ambiguous contexts and within defined guidelines.
- Comfort working with large data sets.
- Internet navigation and research skills, including finding specific product information promptly.
