Partnerships Manager
Own and expand Creative Fabrica’s AI partnerships pipeline, from prospecting and relationship development through negotiation, launch, and ongoing growth. The role requires at least two years of commercial partnerships or business development experience, strong deal execution, AI and technology fluency, and exceptional proactive communication.

Responsibilities
- Own the partnerships pipeline from initial identification through outreach, negotiation, launch, and ongoing development.
- Identify companies, platforms, and AI providers and proactively create new partnership opportunities.
- Build relationships across the AI ecosystem through direct outreach, events, and industry gatherings.
- Develop partnership concepts involving product integrations, AI models, launches, distribution, and joint marketing.
- Secure early access to new models, APIs, features, and technology.
- Build internal business cases and assess partnership value.
- Negotiate commercial terms and coordinate contracts with internal teams.
- Drive execution with Product, Engineering, and Product Marketing teams through launch.
- Maintain a structured partnership pipeline and develop relationships beyond initial agreements.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in partnerships, business development, or a similar external-facing commercial role.
- Demonstrated experience sourcing and developing new opportunities.
- Experience managing deals from initial outreach through negotiation and execution.
- Comfort with commercial terms and contracts.
- Strong commercial judgment and ability to evaluate partnership opportunities.
- Excellent written and spoken English.
- Strong communication with senior stakeholders, founders, and executives.
- Understanding of technology businesses and digital products.
- Genuine interest in AI and willingness to develop deep ecosystem knowledge.
- Highly proactive and persistent approach to outreach and follow-up.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage a large pipeline.
Nice-to-haves
- Existing relationships within the AI or technology ecosystem, including AI model providers or infrastructure companies.
- Experience negotiating API, technology, or product-integration partnerships.
- Experience securing early access and strategic agreements with technology providers.
- Experience with joint product launches, co-marketing campaigns, or distribution partnerships.
- Experience building a partnerships function in an early-stage, fast-moving environment.
