Responsibilities
- Define and maintain high-signal metrics for in-year business performance.
- Establish a curated “morning read” discipline that drives immediate action beyond standard dashboarding.
- Lead surge projects to diagnose and unblock critical goals at risk, remaining engaged through measurable improvement.
- Translate long-horizon corporate strategy into in-year operational execution.
- Decompose ambiguous, cross-functional opportunities spanning product, risk, and marketing into structured workstreams.
- Prepare CEO- and COO-level materials that turn unstructured signals into actionable diagnoses.
- Partner with Corporate Strategy and Product teams to pressure-test assumptions and identify gaps between market forces and internal execution.
- Facilitate senior leadership and stakeholder meetings focused on business performance.
- Drive business growth through analytical insights and execution.
- Apply appropriate AI tools to improve decision-making and operational efficiency.
- Perform independent deep-dives into complex datasets and inform cross-functional roadmaps.
Requirements
- 12+ years of experience in product or data analytics within product organizations or strategic business performance teams at high-growth technology companies.
- Experience in Product Strategy, Product Management, or GM-style roles owning a P&L or specific business outcome.
- Strong understanding of business models, data, trends, and customer usage patterns.
- Proven ability to drive business growth through analytical insights and execution.
- Strong product sense and understanding of the technical mechanics of building and scaling software products.
- Experience navigating ambiguous, cross-functional problems and leading high-stakes interventions with senior stakeholders.
- Ability to build trust and partner with senior leaders and C-suite executives.
- Technical proficiency in SQL, Python, or R and data analysis.
Nice-to-haves
- Experience with fintech products, complex financial systems, payments, finance, or the payments ecosystem.
- Experience developing creative solutions and informing cross-functional team roadmaps.
- Ability to understand how product features, policy changes, and marketing outreach affect user and support experiences.
