Responsibilities
- Lead the APAC go-to-market strategy for stablecoin issuance and banking solutions.
- Originate strategic partnerships and direct-sales opportunities with leading banks and enterprises.
- Demonstrate stablecoin solutions for treasury operations, FX settlement, and inter-bank transactions.
- Manage the full institutional client engagement and deal lifecycle, including sourcing opportunities, structuring commercial agreements, closing deals, and supporting onboarding.
- Cultivate C-level relationships and serve as a trusted advisor on digital asset implementation.
- Drive regional stablecoin business growth and revenue generation.
- Gather client insights and market intelligence to inform the global product roadmap and business plan.
- Represent stablecoin solutions as an ambassador and build trust with issuers and integration partners.
Requirements
- Strong technical knowledge of blockchain and digital assets applied to inter-bank challenges.
- Understanding of fund flows, settlement mechanics, correspondent banking, and cross-border payment flows.
- Strong APAC network within the banking and financial enterprise ecosystem, including decision-makers.
- Familiarity with stablecoin issuers and the regional regulatory landscape.
- 10+ years managing institutional client engagements, including sourcing opportunities, structuring payment and settlement deals, navigating deals to completion, and ensuring successful onboarding.
- Excellent communication skills and sales acumen.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment.
- Direct-sales and revenue-generation experience.
Nice to Have
- Deep expertise in the global payments ecosystem, correspondent banking models, and enterprise business structures.
- Knowledge of APAC regulatory landscapes, including SEPA and PSD2, and regional payment rails.
- Professional fluency in a relevant regional language.
