Group Product Manager, International
Leads international product strategy and execution across Time, HRIS, Benefits, and premium payroll markets. The role requires 10+ years of product management experience, strong systems thinking, and experience building complex, regulated platforms across multiple geographies.

Responsibilities
- Own the roadmap and execution of cross-cutting Time, HRIS, or Benefits product features across premium payroll markets.
- Partner with country product managers to identify requirements that apply across markets and turn them into scalable product primitives and solutions.
- Understand legal, compliance, regulatory, and operational payroll requirements in target jurisdictions.
- Collaborate with engineering, design, operations, legal, compliance, and product teams to drive execution and ship successful products.
- Provide short-term support for product strategy and execution in individual markets.
- Conduct market research and customer analysis across HR, Time, and Benefits products.
- Engage with customers, implementation teams, support teams, and operational data to identify product improvements.
Requirements
- 10+ years of product management experience.
- Experience owning complex, multi-surface platforms with regulatory, tax, payroll, HR, or financial complexity.
- Strong systems thinking and ability to identify scalable product primitives.
- Track record of shipping both 0-to-1 launches and products used by large customer bases.
- Ability to operate across strategy, architecture, user experience, and execution.
- High ownership mindset and accountability for outcomes.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication in a highly cross-functional, globally distributed role.
- Ability to thrive in ambiguity and create clarity across teams, markets, and product surfaces.
- Strong customer empathy and product judgment, especially in complex operational domains.
