Responsibilities
- Identify and engage prospective partner businesses, managing the process through to signed agreement.
- Coordinate day-to-day operations with signed partners, including onboarding and ongoing support.
- Track partner performance and data collection targets.
- Support hardware deployment and provide basic troubleshooting at partner premises.
- Communicate regularly with internal product and strategy teams and partner contacts.
- Identify and implement process improvements based on operational feedback.
Requirements
- Strong professional communication skills in both Spanish and English.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, or a related field; technical and non-technical degrees are considered.
- 2+ years of industry experience in physical or on-site operations, logistics, business development, account management, or analytics.
- Experience in warehouses, factories, or logistics centers.
- Analytical, strategic, and process improvement capabilities.
- Ability to work on-site and visit partner sites daily.

- SQL proficiency.
- Experience working with CRM systems.
