Responsibilities
- Design, build, and maintain applications spanning desktop, web, and backend systems.
- Architect and implement API integrations connecting application layers to core engine and infrastructure services.
- Develop interactive features supporting 3D content, rendering pipelines, and graphics-driven workflows.
- Drive cross-platform application experiences for dynamic visualization and interaction.
- Own application reliability, performance, and diagnostic tooling across the stack.
- Partner with engine developers, infrastructure engineers, and product stakeholders on application architecture and priorities.
- Lead code reviews, drive technical discussions, and mentor engineers.
- Evaluate and introduce technologies in 3D, spatial computing, and immersive environments.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
- 8+ years of experience building, maintaining, and owning complex software applications.
- Strong diagnostic and debugging skills across application layers.
- Proficiency in Python and C++.
- Experience designing and implementing API integrations.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to meet customer and government security requirements, potentially including background checks, citizenship verification, and Criminal Justice Information Services verification.
Nice to Have
- Experience in fast-paced or startup environments.
- AWS experience.
- JavaScript and/or Rust proficiency.
- Understanding of 3D rendering pipelines.
- Familiarity with 3D scanning, photogrammetry, or digital twin visualizations.
- Hands-on experience with React.
- Experience with WebGPU.
Compensation and Benefits
- Salary range: $140,000–$210,000.
