Responsibilities
- Define prospective customers’ technical requirements and use cases, aligning the platform’s technical and business value.
- Partner with enterprise sales to deliver solution demonstrations and manage proof-of-concepts.
- Advise customers throughout technical sales cycles by building cyber skills programs, facilitating crisis simulations, and measuring organizational risk.
- Build relationships with strategic customers and help achieve their business objectives, cybersecurity initiatives, and desired outcomes.
- Establish strategies and roadmaps for cyber workforce resilience.
- Deliver Executive Business Reviews and executive-level reports and insights.
- Recommend improvements to existing cybersecurity programs and suggest new programs.
- Drive adoption and maximize value from the Immersive One platform.
- Monitor cybersecurity threats, trends, and technologies.
- Collaborate with product, content, and engineering teams as the customer voice.
- Support customers in operationalizing the platform through metrics, custom reports, and insights.
- Serve as an escalation point and liaison among sales, product leadership, and client accounts.
- Support account health and expansion opportunities with the Customer Success Manager.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in information security practice or solution consulting, including pre-sales experience.
- Extensive client-facing consulting and presentation experience with C-level executives and technical stakeholders.
- Proficiency in IT fundamentals, including computer hardware and software, databases, networking, security, and software development.
- Authoritative knowledge of information security concepts, domains, compliance, and standards.
- Strong presentation and communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly and without jargon.
- Hands-on experience with Windows and Linux operating systems, security tools such as intrusion detection systems, firewalls, anti-malware, and SIEM, and public cloud environments.
- Experience leading technical presentations for technical and non-technical audiences.
