Responsibilities
- Spearhead web strategies and develop products focused on customer and partner onboarding and operations.
- Manage and enhance JavaScript libraries supporting diverse browser environments.
- Build reliable, scalable, and performant user experiences using React, TypeScript, Web Bundles, Firebase, and Webpack.
- Help define scalable frontend architecture, advise internal teams, and promote engineering best practices.
- Translate designer and product manager problem statements into substantial tasks and deliver projects using metrics and data.
- Plan, execute, and maintain products and features.
- Drive engineering and operational excellence.
- Work in an agile environment to deliver high-quality products.
- Take end-to-end responsibility for integral application components.
- Lead technical discussions, perform code reviews, and mentor junior engineers.
Requirements
- B.E., B.Tech, M.E., or M.Tech from a tier-one engineering institute.
- Minimum 3+ years of frontend development experience with expertise in React.js.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in service-oriented architecture.
- Experience with Chart.js or visualization libraries such as D3.js and Recharts.
- Experience with Redux and Webpack; comfort with ES6 syntax.
- In-depth knowledge of JavaScript and the DOM.
- Ability to build features from scratch through completion.
- Knowledge of common web application security vulnerabilities.
- Strong understanding of HTML and CSS.
- Understanding of CSS frameworks and preprocessors including SCSS, Sass, and Less.
- Design and UX sensibility with strong attention to detail.
- Experience developing enterprise-level B2B software.
- Ability to learn large-scale, complex systems quickly.
- Experience with unit and integration testing.
- Experience architecting web analytics, conversion analytics, and A/B testing systems.
- Experience with RESTful APIs and frontend-backend integration.
- Familiarity with performance optimization for large datasets and visualizations.
