Responsibilities
- Develop the go-to-partner strategy and execute ambitious, global, cross-border projects driven by bank networks.
- Own banking partner plans, overall economics, day-to-day operational excellence, and partnership outcomes.
- Use banking, treasury, and payments industry knowledge to develop partnership and product strategies with transaction banks, lenders, capital markets, central banks, and schemes.
- Partner with Product to execute deals and establish effective execution plans.
- Educate internal teams and advance holistic bank-led strategies with banking partners.
Requirements
- 7+ years of financial services experience, including direct work at banking institutions in cash management, financial institution groups, or payments.
- Experience in partner management or business development at PSPs or fintechs, enabling pay-in and pay-out, stored value, and embedded lending.
- Advanced knowledge of banking and clearing landscapes across multiple geographies, particularly transaction banking, e-money, safeguarding, multicurrency, and cross-border payments.
- Experience building proprietary global collection and payout networks.
- Proven experience working in product-centric environments with significant dependencies across product, engineering, legal, sales, risk, and compliance.
- Broad and deep experience executing industry-wide partnership strategies to build innovative product experiences and go-to-market models.
