ISV Ecosystem Growth Marketing Manager

Builds and scales growth programs that attract, convert, and activate software vendors into Okta’s integration ecosystem. The role requires B2B SaaS marketing experience, funnel analytics, technical fluency, marketing automation expertise, and strong cross-functional execution.

Responsibilities

  • Design and execute multi-channel growth programs targeting product, engineering, and partnerships leaders to drive adoption of identity standards and pipeline into the Okta Integration Network (OIN).
  • Build automated lifecycle sequences and run continuous experimentation across the ISV journey to improve completion rates and demonstrate ROI.
  • Partner with Product Marketing and Partnerships teams to create automated go-to-market toolkits that help newly integrated ISVs announce integrations and accelerate adoption.
  • Establish, track, and optimize the SaaS ISV acquisition funnel and ecosystem growth KPIs, including pipeline velocity, conversion rates, and time-to-publish.
  • Collaborate with IT, Marketing Operations, and Digital teams to build scalable ISV marketing systems using AI and marketing automation.
  • Develop strategies to identify, source, and enrich target contacts at ISV organizations using data tools.
  • Apply sophisticated methodologies, frameworks, and best practices to evolve ecosystem marketing motions.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in growth marketing, partner marketing, developer marketing, business operations, or product marketing within an enterprise B2B SaaS or platform company.
  • Experience building, tracking, and optimizing growth campaigns or conversion funnels using data-driven methodologies.
  • Ability to translate technical software concepts into compelling business arguments for software engineers and executive decision-makers.
  • Strong understanding of SaaS business models, platform dynamics, and the software development lifecycle.
  • Excellent cross-functional collaboration and communication skills.
  • High autonomy, self-starter mentality, and comfort working in fast-paced, evolving environments.
  • Proficiency with marketing automation platforms and CRM integrations.

Nice-to-Haves

  • Experience designing and running A/B or multivariate tests.
  • Experience with analytics and visualization tools.
  • Hands-on experience using AI tools for content personalization, workflow automation, or predictive modeling in marketing.
  • Familiarity with developer-facing ecosystems, app marketplaces, or partnership-driven growth models.
  • Experience with lead enrichment platforms.

Compensation and Benefits

  • Annual base salary for candidates in the San Francisco Bay Area: $194,000–$292,000 USD.
  • Annual base salary for candidates in California excluding the San Francisco Bay Area, Colorado, Illinois, New York, and Washington: $174,000–$260,000 USD.
  • Equity, bonus, health, dental and vision insurance, 401(k), flexible spending account, and paid leave, including PTO and parental leave, may be offered according to applicable plans and policies.
