Legal Engineer, Product Specialist
Leverages England & Wales legal experience to help law firms and in-house teams adopt Harvey’s AI platform. The role leads onboarding and training, builds executive relationships, identifies adoption and expansion opportunities, and translates customer needs into product feedback.

Responsibilities
- Build trusted relationships with law firm and in-house legal teams by understanding their workflows and providing tailored guidance on incorporating Harvey’s AI into daily practice.
- Design and lead onboarding sessions, training workshops, and ongoing enablement programs to drive adoption and maximize platform value.
- Partner with Customer Success Managers and Account Executives to identify expansion opportunities and support renewals through demonstrated customer impact and engagement.
- Surface adoption obstacles through thoughtful user engagement and develop strategies to overcome them.
- Translate legal practice needs into actionable feedback for product and engineering teams.
- Monitor usage trends, identify at-risk accounts and untapped opportunities, and collaborate cross-functionally to re-engage users.
- Create customer-facing content, including training materials, use-case guides, and FAQ resources.
- Deliver domain-specific guidance that supports Harvey’s credibility and brand among legal professionals.
- Travel to customer and company offices may be required.
Requirements
- Qualification in England & Wales.
- At least 3 years of experience practicing law at a top-tier law firm, preferably with an in-house or transactional focus.
- Executive engagement skills and the ability to establish relationships with key decision-makers.
- Excellent presentation skills for legal and executive audiences, including impromptu whiteboarding, presentations, and demos.
- Strong understanding of legal processes and challenges faced by legal professionals.
- Curiosity about AI’s potential to transform the legal industry.
Nice to Have
- Sales or customer-facing experience, including law firm business development or secondment experience.
- Experience directly managing law firm client matters and relationships.
