Partner Success Associate
Support multifamily clients as a Partner Success Associate by providing training, account management, in-person/virtual presentations, and driving product adoption to meet revenue quotas. Requires 2+ years in training or account management, strong presentation and communication skills, with multifamily or leasing experience preferred.

Responsibilities
- Service and support existing and new contracted clients
- Perform in-person and virtual presentations with leasing agents and property managers
- Monitor our B2C referral pipeline and support B2B clients as their residents consider our services
- Train clients on our products and ensure full understanding, helping to answer any questions via the phone, email, or in-person
- Meet or exceed assigned quota & KPIs on a monthly basis
- Collect customer feedback on product, process and pricing changes
- Maintain customer records in CRM
- Hold site visits with partner buildings in your vicinity
- Help with local in person events
- Occasional travel to our headquarters in NYC
Requirements
- Self-starter: able and excited to take initiative on what’s needed for your client
- Comfortable presenting in front of large and small groups - you can connect with a client and tell TheGuarantors story
- 2+ years in a training or account management role
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure, organize, and prioritize responsibilities and client requests
Nice-to-Haves
- Experience with Hubspot
- 2+ years in the multifamily industry
- Prior experience in leasing, property management, or brokerage
Compensation & Benefits
- Base salary range: $70,000 - $80,000 annually (with OTE at $120,000 - $140,000 first year)
