Responsibilities

  • Own and manage scale customer onboarding programs supporting a high volume of commercial customers.
  • Partner closely with sales, marketing, and enablement teams to develop and promote the program within the organization.
  • Guide customer goals and drive a high volume of customers toward onboarding closeout.
  • Partner with Marketing, Operations, and Sales to build and optimize scalable customer programs.
  • Report on metrics and customer feedback to assess onboarding impact and identify customer initiatives and product opportunities.
  • Develop content and enablement resources for customer training and education to accelerate product adoption.
  • Consult on product and industry best practices as a trusted advisor across a high-volume customer portfolio, inspiring new product use cases.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of relevant work experience, ideally in B2B SaaS.
  • Experience managing customers through onboarding or implementation of technical products.
  • Experience working with many customers simultaneously and driving successful outcomes across multiple programs.
  • Strong time-management and organizational skills.
  • Comfort speaking with customers across different personas, functions, and seniority levels.
  • Experience building and leading large-scale customer webinars in collaboration with marketing teams.

Nice to Have

  • Experience using or working with Figma or other UX/UI products.
  • Ability to adapt to new technologies and learn quickly.
  • Ability to thrive in a constantly evolving and growing environment.

Additional Information

  • Full-time role based in London.
  • In-person onboarding is required if hired.
