Senior Solutions Engineer
Build and ship maintainable web product capabilities that support strategic enterprise deals, working closely with Sales, Customer Success, Product, Design, and Engineering. The role requires 5+ years with Ruby on Rails, 2+ years with React, strong delivery ownership, and effective stakeholder communication.

Responsibilities
- Ship high-leverage product improvements that unblock strategic deals and expand capabilities for key accounts.
- Collaborate with Sales and Customer Success to understand constraints, timelines, and workflows, then translate them into requirements and implementation plans.
- Build solutions that meet engineering standards for testing, observability, maintainability, and documentation.
- Partner with Product, Design, and Engineering to make pragmatic scope decisions and deliver iteratively.
- Communicate clearly about tradeoffs, risks, and timelines.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience with Ruby on Rails.
- 2+ years of experience with React.
- Strong experience building and shipping production web applications with a focus on quality and maintainability.
- Experience collaborating with non-technical stakeholders and translating needs into technical plans.
- Ability to decompose complex requests into milestones and deliver incrementally.
- Strong written communication and comfort working in a remote, async-friendly environment.
Nice to Have
- Experience working on a large-scale Ruby on Rails application.
- Experience building customer-facing platform or product capabilities for enterprise accounts.
- Experience partnering with Sales and Customer Success on time-sensitive commitments.
