Leads the sourcing, structuring, negotiation, and closing of strategic cloud compute and infrastructure transactions. Responsibilities
- Build and manage a pipeline of capacity across the integrated compute ecosystem.
- Maintain executive-level relationships with commercial, finance, and legal counterparts at compute providers.
- Lead capacity agreements through the full deal lifecycle, including engagement, negotiation, structuring, and closing.
- Apply capital markets and finance expertise to evaluate deal economics, counterparty risk, and financing components.
- Partner with infrastructure and technical teams to translate compute requirements into commercial terms and long-term supply strategies.
- Develop market intelligence on the cloud and integrated compute landscape, including pricing, provider positioning, commercial models, and capacity-access dynamics.
- Represent the company externally with corporate executives, investment banks, and infrastructure investors.
- Drive internal alignment on transaction terms, risk parameters, and compute supply priorities.
Requirements
- Background in investment banking, private equity, or infrastructure investing, with direct experience in data center, cloud, or technology transactions.
- Track record of originating, structuring, and closing cloud capacity, data center, or infrastructure transactions as a commercial, financing, or investing principal.
- Deep familiarity with the compute ecosystem, including provider pricing and contracting, capacity commitments, and integrated compute markets.
- Working understanding of financing and infrastructure requirements for compute infrastructure projects.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
- Relevant experience in investment banking, infrastructure investing, or principal finance roles; the preferred range is 6–8+ years.

- Experience managing multiple high-value transactions at different stages of maturity and commercial development.
- Senior-level relationships with commercially sophisticated, capital-intensive organizations.
- Strong financial modeling skills, including building and pressure-testing economics for large infrastructure projects.
- Comfort operating in fast-moving, ambiguous markets.
- Interest in AI infrastructure.
Compensation
- Annual compensation range: $200,000–$265,000 USD.
