Responsibilities
- Source net-new partners and expand existing relationships through sourcing, business-case creation, legal contracting, product integration, and early customer activation.
- Develop partner acquisition and expansion strategies across new verticals, market segments, and go-to-market pathways.
- Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Legal, Finance, Sales, and Marketing to launch complex integrations and activate early usage.
- Navigate ambiguity, simplify complex opportunities into actionable decisions, and take initiative in undefined areas.
- Transition activated partnerships to scaled go-to-market execution and performance tracking with account executive teams.
- Support strategic customer-segment growth through targeted partnerships.
- Own strategy, documentation, integration execution, and business impact.
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in strategic partnerships, product partnerships, or enterprise sales in B2B, preferably at a high-growth startup.
- Track record of revenue responsibility, exceeding quota targets, and achieving strategic objectives.
- Ownership of the full engagement lifecycle, including discovery, scoping, pricing, contracting, delivery, and results accountability.
- High energy, creativity, relationship-building ability, and a self-starter mindset.
- Ability to manage multiple workstreams in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
- Business acumen spanning market dynamics, partner value propositions, strategic negotiations, and tactical business-building initiatives.
- Up to 25% travel required.

Compensation
- Expected on-target earnings: $226,000–$282,500 USD annually, including base salary and commissions.
- Equity and other compensation may be included depending on the position offered.
