Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end orchestration of Anthropic’s most strategic and complex enterprise pursuits.
- Own C-suite relationships and discussions in partnership with account teams and field leadership.
- Design and execute account strategies positioning Claude as mission-critical infrastructure for enterprise transformation.
- Navigate multi-stakeholder decisions across technical, business, legal, security, and procurement functions.
- Partner with product and research teams to shape custom solutions and influence roadmap priorities.
- Coordinate sales, partnerships, technical specialists, and executive sponsors.
- Develop commercial structures, deployment models, and partnership frameworks for complex engagements.
- Drive competitive differentiation in strategic pursuits.
- Codify successful approaches into reusable playbooks and plan account handoffs.
- Represent the company in high-stakes negotiations and executive forums.
Requirements
- 15+ years of progressive experience in enterprise technology.
- At least 7+ years personally leading strategic deals or major account pursuits.
- Proven record closing multiple $50M–$100M+ enterprise technology deals with Fortune 100 companies as primary deal owner.
- Deep expertise in complex B2B sales cycles, C-suite engagement, technical validation, and cross-functional coordination.
- Ability to architect sophisticated solutions for complex enterprise requirements.
- Strong understanding of enterprise AI/ML deployment models, cloud infrastructure, and API integration patterns.
- Exceptional strategic thinking across business, technical, and competitive dynamics.
- Outstanding executive presence and ability to build trust with C-level stakeholders.
- Experience with Fortune 500 procurement, legal, security, and compliance processes.
- Track record of winning highly competitive strategic pursuits.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
Compensation
- Annual on-target earnings range: $1–$2 USD, including base salary and target sales commissions or bonuses.
