Enterprise Account Manager
Own onboarding, adoption, account health, churn prevention, and renewals for B2B SaaS customers. The role requires 2+ years in account management, customer success, or onboarding, plus strong customer communication, operational discipline, and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities
- Own the full post-sale customer lifecycle from contract signature through renewal.
- Lead the first 60 days of onboarding, including kickoff, success criteria, handoff, setup, integrations, configuration, go-live, training, and activation.
- Drive product adoption, usage, value realization, and customer engagement.
- Monitor account health, identify churn risks, execute save plays, and maintain alignment with customer goals.
- Own renewal preparation, forecasting, negotiations, documentation, and timely approval.
- Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Product, Engineering, Support, and Revenue Operations.
- Maintain customer configurations, onboarding milestones, risks, adoption data, notes, tasks, and renewal records.
- Improve onboarding, retention, health-scoring, renewal, and workflow playbooks.
Requirements
- 2–5+ years of experience in Account Management, Customer Success, or Onboarding at a B2B SaaS company.
- Experience in wealth technology, fintech, or regulated SaaS.
- Proven success driving time-to-value and renewals.
- Strong customer-facing communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to collaborate across Sales, Product, Engineering, Support, and Revenue Operations.
- Technical curiosity and willingness to learn product workflows and integrations.
- Strong organization, operational discipline, and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously.
Nice-to-haves
- Onboarding or implementation experience involving integrations and configuration.
- Salesforce and SalesLoft experience.
- Familiarity with health scoring, renewal processes, and churn-prevention frameworks.
Compensation
- $100,000–$110,000 base salary.
- $60,000 commission opportunity, for approximately $170,000 OTE.
