Responsibilities
- Prospect and win new strategic business by developing C-suite and executive relationships within key prospects.
- Develop champions within prospects to support RFP wins and grow contractual-based business.
- Partner with the internal account team and leverage customer analytics and other resources to optimize buying decisions and increase perceived value.
- Resolve problems by identifying issues, evaluating options, and implementing effective solutions.
- Work with technical resources to demonstrate integrations and how the partner ecosystem increases the value of hardware and software.
- Plan effectively to meet and exceed business goals and revenue quotas.
- Develop a deep understanding of the technology platform and operations, using market input to inform business improvements.
- Study market trends to provide consultative insight.
Requirements
- Deep enterprise sales experience partnering with Fortune 500 or Fortune 1000 clients.
- 7+ years of SaaS or relevant industry enterprise field sales experience.
- Proven track record of exceeding quotas and rapidly growing a book of business, supported by data.
- Ability to build rapport with C-suite and executive decision-makers and influence outcomes through customer and solution knowledge.
- Ability to work independently with a data-driven approach to short-, medium-, and long-term sales goals.
- Excellent communication skills, including conveying value propositions and managing objections.
- Must live on the East Coast because the role covers accounts in the Eastern U.S.
Compensation and Benefits
- On-target earnings (base pay plus commissions): $320,000–$350,000 USD.
- Benefits may include health, pharmacy, optical, and dental care; paid time off; sick time off; short- and long-term disability coverage; life insurance; and 401(k) contributions, subject to eligibility requirements.
- Total compensation may include restricted stock units.
