Responsibilities
- Shape shared design systems used across the organization and create net-new products.
- Lead complex product work in close partnership with product management, engineering, and design leadership.
- Shape ambiguous problem spaces and drive clarity through design.
- Influence cross-functional teams and product direction.
- Turn complex systems, policies, and edge cases into elegant product experiences.
- Align partners around a clear point of view through influential storytelling.
- Move between big-picture strategy and interaction-level craft.
- Build trust through design, especially in high-stakes or sensitive user moments.
- Collaborate across technical, operational, and policy-oriented disciplines.
Requirements
- 10+ years of design experience at a technology or product-driven company.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating excellent craft, systems thinking, and end-to-end design.
- Strong understanding of AI tools.
- Experience leading complex product work with product management, engineering, and design leadership.
- Experience shaping ambiguous spaces and driving clarity through design.
- Track record of influencing cross-functional teams and product direction.
