Responsibilities
- Own the quality, coherence, strategy, and evolution of either the consumer or organizer product experience.
- Partner with Product and company leadership to identify opportunities, develop a point of view, and influence the roadmap.
- Lead zero-to-one initiatives from exploration and validation through design, launch, and iteration.
- Develop a deep understanding of users, the marketplace, business, data, and technology to improve the product.
- Set a high bar for interaction, systems, and visual design craft.
- Navigate ambiguity, make strong judgments with incomplete information, and communicate decisions through compelling storytelling and design.
- Help shape design standards, systems, and product principles.
Requirements
- Portfolio demonstrating exceptional product thinking, strategy, interaction design, and visual craft.
- Proven experience leading significant zero-to-one products from ambiguous starting points to meaningful outcomes.
- Experience owning a substantial product area or domain and influencing its strategy.
- Exceptional product judgment and ability to identify non-obvious opportunities.
- Ability to operate with high autonomy and create direction where little exists.
- Strong systems thinking and visual and interaction design skills.
- Ability to influence executives and senior cross-functional partners through thinking, communication, and work.
- Willingness to remain deeply hands-on while operating strategically.
Compensation
- $250,000–$280,000 annual salary.
