Leads growth and monetization design for AI legal technology, shaping pricing, packaging, trial conversion, upgrade flows, and expansion experiences. The role requires systems-oriented product design, data-driven experimentation, and an AI-native prototyping workflow.

Responsibilities
- Shape pricing and packaging for AI features, including usage tiers, seat and case limits, credits, and premium features.
- Own growth design end to end across trial-to-paid conversion, upgrade prompts, usage visibility, and expansion as firms grow.
- Prototype with tools such as Cursor and Claude Code, and stay involved through implementation.
- Run experiments on pricing and upgrade moments; use findings to guide iterations.
- Establish early patterns and practices for growth design.
- Simplify complex pricing and monetization experiences for paralegals and managing partners.
Requirements
- Experience designing complex, systems-heavy products, ideally including growth or monetization design.
- Ability to own broad scopes, collaborate to identify root problems, and think systematically.
- Strong, data-backed design point of view; experience running experiments and applying insights.
- AI-native workflow using LLMs to think through and prototype ideas.
- Comfort working with flexible design guidelines and linting rather than a traditional component library.
- Collaborative approach and commitment to giving constructive, supportive feedback.
Nice-to-haves
- Experience designing AI-generated or AI-augmented product experiences.
- Legal technology or other regulated, document-heavy domain experience.
- Experience establishing growth or monetization design practices on a scaling team.
- Familiarity with WCAG accessibility standards for pricing, paywall, and upgrade flows.
