Staff Product Designer

Staff Product Designer shaping product vision, strategy, and customer-facing experiences while partnering with Product, Engineering, Operations, and Data. The role requires 10+ years of product design experience, strong cross-functional communication, and experience launching products from 0 to 1.

Responsibilities

  • Establish and execute the vision for team initiatives through creative thinking.
  • Challenge the status quo, push innovation, and inspire teams toward unified outcomes.
  • Execute efficiently to ship products that deliver impact for customers and the business.
  • Partner with leadership to communicate concisely and influence product and design outcomes.
  • Contribute across the product lifecycle, including vision and strategy, execution, and operational components supporting onboarding.
  • Help grow and scale design across the company and Design organization.
  • Maintain a high design bar and level of execution.
  • Partner with Engineering, Product, Operations, and Data teams to define and launch products and features.

Requirements

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including articulating strategy and process and leading cross-functional meetings.
  • Experience working cross-functionally with Engineering, Marketing, Design, and Product Management.
  • Ability to craft clear narratives and communicate a vision that aligns teams.
  • Passion for team building and development.
  • 10+ years of product design experience.
  • Experience building customer-facing products from 0 to 1.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience with Figma, Jira, Looker, Slack, Google Apps, Salesforce, and Chrome Console.
  • Experience working on both B2B and B2C products.
  • Experience writing, editing, or contributing to documentation, training materials, and help articles supporting product launches.

Compensation

  • Expected salary range: $240,000–$300,000 base salary.
  • Equity and other forms of compensation may be provided depending on the position offered.
