Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end development of self-serve tooling for marketing workflows (e.g., MCP integrated with design system and Prototyper for landing pages, AI content writing, self-improving experimentation tooling, programmatic sales asset creation).
- Drive direction of agentic and AI-augmented workflows with strong guardrails.
- Partner with marketers, designers, and PMs to identify and automate high-leverage workflows.
- Set standards for velocity and quality in a small team driving half of inbound SQLs.
- Reduce team's ticket burden by enabling self-serve marketing work.
Requirements
- 4+ years of product engineering experience, ideally at high-growth tech company, with focus on user-facing or platform-tooling work.
- Track record building internal tools/platforms reducing repetitive workflows for non-engineers.
- Strong product instincts to prioritize compounding tooling.
- Comfort with AI/LLM-augmented engineering (e.g., agentic workflows, MCP servers).
- Velocity, ownership, and cross-functional empathy.
Nice to Haves
- Marketing/growth engineering (CMS, experimentation, paid-ads, analytics).
- Modern data stack (Fivetran, Airflow, Snowflake).
- MCP servers or agentic systems with guardrails.
- Experimentation platforms (LaunchDarkly, Optimizely, Statsig).
- SEO/AEO engineering, programmatic page generation, AI content workflows.
