Responsibilities
- Own Limble-hosted events end to end, including Maintenance Hero Roadshows, ABM dinners, and ancillary events tied to industry tradeshows.
- Manage assigned industry tradeshows, including booth logistics, exhibitor services, shipping and drayage, staffing, lead capture, and on-site execution.
- Handle venue sourcing and contracts, catering, A/V, event technology, swag and shipping, staffing plans, run-of-show documents, and budget tracking.
- Partner with Sales and SDRs on target lists, invitation campaigns, outreach, and pre-booked meetings to drive attendance and pipeline.
- Manage sponsorship commitments and ensure sponsor deliverables are scoped, fulfilled, and reported.
- Support partner-hosted events in collaboration with Partner Marketing and Partnerships.
- Lead on-site setup, teardown, field-team briefings, execution, and real-time issue resolution.
- Coordinate post-event follow-up campaigns, lead capture and routing, and Sales outreach.
- Report on attendance, meetings booked, cost per meeting, and sourced or influenced pipeline; recommend improvements.
- Serve as the primary contact for internal stakeholders and external vendors.
- Travel approximately 30–40% for on-site event execution.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience executing B2B field marketing or events programs in technology, SaaS, or high-growth environments.
- Proven experience running events end to end, including logistics, vendors, on-site execution, follow-up, and measurable pipeline results.
- Strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple events simultaneously.
- Experience partnering with Sales or SDR teams to drive attendance and set meetings.
- Experience managing event budgets, contracts, and vendor relationships.
- Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Willingness and ability to travel for events.
- Fluency with AI tools and workflows, using them pragmatically and with sound judgment.
- Availability to start October 1, 2026 and commit through March 31, 2027.
