Lifecycle Marketing Manager

Lifecycle Marketing Manager focused on activation and lead nurturing in a SaaS environment. Own full-funnel campaigns from lead capture to trial-to-paid conversion using omnichannel journeys, AI automation, A/B testing, and cross-functional collaboration to drive LTV.

Responsibilities

  • Execute the full activation strategy across the journey from initial lead capture (gated content, expired trials, winbacks) through trial sign-up and paid conversion.
  • Lead execution and optimization of recurring lead touchpoints, including newsletters and promotional offers.
  • Identify and implement AI-driven solutions to automate workflows, optimize send times, and personalize content at scale within lifecycle tools.
  • Build and optimize personalized, event-triggered journeys across email, SMS, push, and in-product experiences to influence behavior and increase LTV.
  • Maintain a rigorous A/B testing roadmap for messaging, cadence, and channel mix to constantly improve funnel efficiency.
  • Provide regular reporting on conversion metrics and the impact of lifecycle programs to keep stakeholders informed on activation health.
  • Partner closely with Growth, Product, Creative, Operations, and Product Marketing to align on product milestones, brand voice, and technical data requirements.

Desired Skills & Experience

  • 4-6 years in Lifecycle Marketing with experience nurturing leads and managing customer journeys, specifically within a SaaS or subscription environment.
  • Working understanding of trial-to-paid conversion psychology and using behavioral triggers to drive action.
  • Demonstrated interest or early experience using AI/ML to enhance lifecycle marketing (e.g., predictive modeling, automated copy testing, or propensity scoring).
  • Hands-on experience with Iterable and/or Braze (or equivalent) for orchestration, and familiarity with Appcues (or equivalent) for in-product onboarding.
  • Ability to contribute to a 6-month activation roadmap and build/troubleshoot complex workflows.
  • Analytical skills to pull insights from campaign performance and translate into clear recommendations.
  • Strong communication skills to drive alignment across Creative, Product, and Ops teams and communicate results to senior stakeholders.
