Sales Manager responsible for growing Flexport’s Korea business through freight-forwarding sales, full-cycle client acquisition, solution development, and customer onboarding. Requires 7+ years of logistics sales experience, industry expertise, and fluency in Korean and English.

Responsibilities
- Drive the growth of Flexport Korea with the commercial team.
- Identify and pursue high-potential clients through self-prospecting and SDR-generated leads.
- Consult with prospective clients to understand supply chain needs and pain points.
- Create value-driven solutions and present Flexport’s capabilities in virtual and in-person meetings.
- Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting through closing.
- Own and achieve individual sales targets through strategic execution.
- Lead customer onboarding by coordinating internal resources and teams.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in freight forwarding or logistics sales, including full-cycle sales from prospecting to closing.
- Strong knowledge of the freight forwarding industry and a proven logistics sales record.
- Ability to create strategic plans and achieve ambitious individual sales goals.
- Willingness to cold-call prospects.
- Account management skills and ability to create an outstanding client experience.
- Strong discovery skills to identify client pain points and propose value-added solutions.
- Fast learning ability, strong work ethic, and ambition to become a top-performing sales manager in Korea.
- Fluency in Korean and English.
