Responsibilities
Own employer revenue end to end by building, managing, and growing a pipeline of self-insured employers.
Lead complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles involving benefits, HR, finance, and executive buyers.
Develop and manage relationships with benefits brokers and consultants as a core route to market.
Position clinical solutions to reduce total cost of care and improve outcomes, beginning with clinical nutrition and medical weight loss.
Build go-to-market and operational infrastructure, including playbooks, pricing approaches, and reporting.
Navigate the annual benefits cycle and align pipeline and close timing with open enrollment and plan-year decision windows.
Work cross-functionally with clinical, product, operations, and customer support teams before employer implementations and launches.
Requirements
10–15+ years of B2B sales or business development experience.
Significant experience selling clinical, benefits, or point solutions to self-insured employers.
Deep knowledge of the employer benefits ecosystem, including self-insured plan design, total cost of care, and the annual enrollment cycle.
Established relationships with benefits brokers and consultants.
Proven ability to close complex, multi-stakeholder deals with long sales cycles.
Experience creating playbooks, systems, and operational structures for scaling a vertical.
Ability to work effectively in ambiguous, early-stage environments.
Hands-on experience with HubSpot or a similar CRM, including accurate pipeline management and forecasting.
