Director Channel and Alliances - Emerging Markets

Leads channel sales and alliance growth across emerging EMEA markets, managing partner-facing sales teams, bookings targets, pipeline generation, and senior ecosystem relationships. Requires proven sales leadership, channel revenue growth, and SaaS/cloud go-to-market experience.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage Partner Sales Manager and Regional Alliance Manager teams, with accountability for regional growth strategy, planning, and bookings targets.
  • Develop and execute go-to-market tactics to scale revenue in complex, fast-growing markets.
  • Build a sustainable sales pipeline and forecast monthly, quarterly, and annual targets.
  • Drive deal velocity, develop win strategies, and maximize pipeline coverage.
  • Partner with Sales Engineering, Professional Services, Legal, and Deal Desk teams for seamless execution.
  • Own pipeline-generation strategy and maintain market intelligence.
  • Develop and maintain senior-level relationships with ISVs, resellers, and global systems integrators.
  • Coach, mentor, and oversee teams to ensure effective resource deployment.

Requirements

  • Proven success hiring, leading, and developing high-performing sales teams.
  • Strong track record of building and scaling revenue through channel ecosystems.
  • Experience in Middle Eastern, African, and/or Eastern European growth markets.
  • Deep understanding of SaaS and cloud go-to-market strategies and customer engagement models.
  • Demonstrated ability to influence stakeholders and align organizations.
  • Strategic, entrepreneurial, and builder-focused approach.
  • Ability to adapt and thrive in fast-growing, dynamic environments.

Compensation

  • Annual on-target compensation in Ireland: €196,000–€264,000 EUR.
  • Equity may be offered where applicable, along with healthcare coverage, paid time off, parental leave, and other financial benefits.
